About me

A veteran of the BPO/call center industry, I started out as an outbound tele-marketer for an Active Resource Team in 2004. I then moved on to another company where I was in a Time Share campaign, I then got promoted to Team leader where I supervised 10 agents. After 6 months I decided to move and join TREC. I was an agent for an outbound B to B campaign then got transferred to lead the QA team for this campaign. Not long after, management decided to put me back to operations and lead a Team. I currently do business development for TREC.
