  Anthem is launching two non-voice & voice programs for its clients

  Nature of Work : PDF Document to MS-Word Conversion.
  Description : Need to align Text, Font & Font Size, Diagram, Tables and rotated labels as per PDF Document and according to Specification provided by Client.
  Work Load : 10,000 PDF pages per month.
  Rate : Rs. 15/- per Page
  TAT : 25 Working Days
  Payment Mode : Cheque / Bank Transfer
  Contract Period : 11 Months
  Accuracy Level : 98% required.
  
  Payment:-
  a) Above 98% Full Payment @15/- per page
  b) 95 - 98% @12/- per Page
  c) 84 - 89% @9/- per Page
  
  Business Procurement Fee: Rs. 30,000 + Consultancy fee*
  (Assistance provided for startup which includes training, trial run and agreement with client)
  
  Process #2
  Nature of Work : Scanned Handwritten Image (JPG/GIF/TIFF) to Web Page Design (HTML coding)
  Description : Need to manually type Image content in a pre define HTML template. 80% of Images will be in English and 20% will be in Spanish (i.e. English alphabets)
  Work Load : 1250 Images
  Rate : Rs. 45/- per Page
  TAT : 20 Working Days
  Payment Mode : Cheque / Bank Transfer
  Contract Period : 1 Year
  Accuracy Level : 98% required.
  
  Payment :-
  a) Above 98% Full Payment @45/- per page
  b) 95 - 98% @35/- per Page
  c) 84 - 89% @30/- per Page
  
  Business Procurement Fee: Rs.25, 000 + Consultancy fee*
  (Assistance provided for startup which includes training, trial run and agreement with client)
  
  Billing Cycle:
  a) QC Report will be given within 7 working days after submitting of work.
  b) Payment will be made within 10 working days after QC Report.
