  Good to hear this is not being shut.  I do not have a lot of time to look at it, but it is useful at times.  It is good you are talking with Raffy.  I am tryin to get of of his counterparts to talk with your Houston office.  I really feel there is a value with inContact, but it is a long process.  Can you help with that end?  I would appreciate any help you can give  us in making that contact.
