hi Guys.....ladies I'm Kais El Euchi ICS group INTERNATIONAL CALL SERVICES well, i just got little experience in telemarketing jobs(6years) but almost all from agent to customer support agent to supervisor in charge of the quality,production manager and trying so to keep my position as marketing manager and so manager for the call center GCC,for now i'm so glad of the results i got and the deals i 've closed in lot of market places,europe,america and soon,the arabic side too my team's members r my friends ;we work together for more than 9months as agents and that's why i don't have a turn over high average we speak about 1%/year this strong experience allow me to be so glad speaking about ICS
