Hello, my name is Seun, and I’m the Founder and CEO of 8C Ultima Solutions, a growing BPO and customer support firm based in Nigeria. With a strong background in customer experience, operations, and people management, I launched 8C Ultima with the goal of helping businesses around the world scale efficiently through high-quality, affordable support services.
At 8C Ultima, we specialize in customer service, virtual assistance, lead generation, and back-office operations, serving both startups and established brands. We’re passionate about delivering consistent value and building long-term relationships based on trust, performance, and transparency.
We’re currently looking to partner with like-minded BPOs and call center operators around the globe—whether for regional support, overflow collaboration, or strategic joint ventures.
