Sataa Ghazo is a resourceful BPO professional with five years of solid contact center experiences at CrysTelCall (the first multilingual contact center at Jordan). Sataa has achieved rapid career growth in CrysTelCall and BPO environment, exhibiting confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems, and pushing creative thinking beyond the boundaries. Sataa has a unique mix of Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing, Project Management, Research, Customer Service, Knowledge Management, Business Development, and Corporate Communications Skills. Currently, Sataa works as a Project Manager; he is required to go through a range of responsibilities and fulfill them to high degree of standards. A large part of his job involves managing all assigned projects from the initiation till the final touches of efficient and clear closeout. Another main responsibility also is to ensure strategic alignment between clients’ requirements and the company’s operations. His duties require him to identify the operations' strengths and weaknesses then develop and implement areas of improvement. In addition, he plays vital role in the Business Development activities and Bidding Management by reviewing the market potential, searching for tenders, developing sources of sales leads and actively prospect for new sales opportunities, preparing proposals, and preparing the company’s manuals, white papers and other main documentations.
