Chief Executive Officer and Founder, SPOT Consulting LLC. Prior to establishing SPOT in October 2009, I was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of COPC Inc from April 1997 to July 2009. I have been in the contact center industry since 1994, and have worked with scores of leading firms around the world to improve operational and financial performance of their contact centers and to do a better job when selecting and managing third party suppliers. I am a Program Faculty member at the Center for Executive Education at the University of Tennessee where I teach Vested Outsourcing, a revolutionary procurement methodology for contact centers. I am the University's Subject Matter Expert in the contact center industry.
