About me
I have been in the BPO industry for over 5 years in total and I experienced a different kinds of positions from being a lead generator to CSR, billing, account specialist, and even technical support. Just recently, I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for an insurance company for a year and 4 months. Been doing phone calls, reminding the Policy Holders about their payment bill and payment due or submitting papers, or providing them one. Also doing other admin tasks and making sure that everything will be covered for the day. Having said that, I can say that I have these skills set ready in me: good communication and intrapersonal skills, a team player and knows how to unlearn and learn new knowledge and can have the ability to follow the leaders, a trustworthy and hard-working person as well that can manage work and life balance.
