I am currently the Head of Sales and Operations of a contact center of one center in Rizal and at the same time, a Co-Founder/ BPO consultant currently connected with 8 centers (averaging 50 to 150 seats) here in Manila Philippines handling outbound and inbound processes. Our business is to provide accounts for centers, training and development of management and call center build up. I have been in the industry for almost ten years now and one of the pioneers that started Timeshare Appointment Setting here in Manila. I was a former AVP-Sales and Operations of a 1200 seater center in Ortigas, Pasig City, developed it from a 48 seater to a 1200 seater, and contributed to as much as $35 million revenue in one year's time.
