Hi, My name is Mary Ruth M Delima. I've been with the BPO Industry for almost 10 years. I worked with WNS Global Services where I handled diffefent accounts such as T-Mobile, Avon US and United Airlines which is a Travel Account and got promoted as assistant manager for operations.
