Mat finished his Bachelor degree of Psychology at Arellano University last 2016. Prior enter the recruitment world, Mat started his career as a Customer Service Representative since 2018 from 2 different BPO companies. He believes that working on a BPO Industry will give him an opportunity to grow and transition to other position especially at the Recruitment field, He started familiarizing what are the recruitment process in the BPO industry which made him interested to be part of the Recruitment world. After he became an agent for 1 year, Mat previously worked from scratch as a Recruitment Associate handling both Volume and IT/Corp positions from 2 different Makati-based recruitment firm companies. He is currently working as a Recruitment Specialist from one of the BPO Companies in the Philippines.
