I have a ten man call center with two shifts., We resale dishnetwork avg about 15-20 sales a week. We mainly sale to Hispanic Community.
I am really depressed, but i like what I do, One day I hope to have a 50 man station., This is a great expierence for me...I have now 3 years exp, unlike yourself I am learning the hard way!!! Yesterday a broker ran off with 2,675.00 of mine, simply diappeared, This happened to me with a guy from the phillipine name Nick Necker, claimed he never recieved my sales after i put them in his portal and got them activated....the story goes on and on....I guess you can say i am really learning the hard way.
