Began on the phone in a telemarketing service bureau in. Colin has blazed a trail of innovation and success through the Customer Interaction industry. As President of Watts (a Toronto based outsource/BPO agency), from 1994 to 2003, he spearheaded an aggressive expansion strategy that increased company revenues by a staggering 800%! This expansion strategy included the opening of six new offices within Canada and three in Australia. A mere six months after opening the Sydney office, the company was rated #1 Customer Service Contact Center in the country, garnering the prestigious Teleperformance Grand Prix Gold Award. 1. Files provided in TIF format need to be converted to EXCEL format
2. Data provided at one shot to the client on a monthly basis
3. TAT 26 working days, weekly report need to be submitted to client on a regular basis
4. Ref. centres provided once the commission is to the vendor

6. 1page = 8rs for simple pages
7. 1page = 10rs for complex pages
