About me

I have over 6 years of call center experience. I have worked in all aspects of the call center industry and feel I could be a great asset to your company. I have a great grasp on how to run an efficient and sales-based operation. I believe I have the right ingredients necessary to help your call center expand and consistently perform. I have worked on programs for AT&T, CDC and Verizon Yellow Pages, just to name a few. I have run both inbound and outbound programs. Focusing on sales and efficiency numbers but maintaining a fun work environment is the best recipe for success. I have implemented sales incentives that proved successful on the floor. I have helped agents reach to their limits by constantly going over the proper metrics they need to be outstanding agents. I believe letting the agents know the numbers we need has improved agent attitude and helps company morale. I have helped organize team building exercises that empower a feeling of support between agents and staff.
