  • I’m looking for a PHL center that can run medical claims processing work from the U.S. 50/50 voice-nonvoice. The number of full-time-equivalent staff (FTEs) needed is expected to scale up from 184 in December 2009 to 584 in December, 2010. Those FTEs can be distributed among multiple shifts.
