I've been in the Call Center / Contact Center Industry for the past 20 years. As you can imagine, I've worked in a variety of positions and have worked in both the Outsourcing side as well as the client side. Currently I am the Sr. VP of Operations for an organization (http://www.vectorbpo.com) that is owned and managed in the US but has the lion share of its call centers in the Philippines. In addition, I am a father of two daughters, husband and avid Golfer. I hope to meet other like minded call center individuals.
