I am an IT Training Manager at JLL supporting a large global financial client with a training portal of content that I developed for users on 10 applications and tools.
I'm always looking for ways to enhance the users learning experience. I am taking a course this summer on designing online learning to learn some new skills and techniques to enhance our learning library of resources and to add to the delivery options.
