I am a seasoned leader with a successful track record for delivering results where others have failed. I was a senior member of the team at Dish Network that won the JD Powers and Associates Customer Service Excellence Award three times. I have a deep understanding/experience in creating and managing a winning culture dedicated to delighting customers. I’ve successfully done this at Dish Network, Time Warner Cable, Intel, and Verizon, to name a few.
