I’ve been a huge part of the Business Processing Outsourcing unit for years. I've had a vast load of experiences that would be very helpful for me to be more effective and efficient in this job. Having been trained for various accounts, from being a customer service representative for a well-known telecommunications company in the United States, being a technical support agent for a big Internet Service Provider, and part of Training and Development Team for a sales campaign, have strongly enhanced my ability to respond and adapt to any fast-paced environment. My performance from my current position, my flexibility to do multitasking and professionalism will prove my determination and willingness to deliver an outstanding result.
