About me
I am in BPO field since 2003. have been through all the cycles of BPO industry from being an Agent to Operations Manager to running my own Call Centre. The Journey has been a Roller Coaster in this industry, Have learnt a lot as had to face a lot of different situations in different positions. it has given me the confidence and the strength to run any project from Customer service to Sales to Support. Looking forward for a project which will have a stable and sure revenue.
