Job Description: Customer Care and Sales Representative (Bilingual)

We are looking for someone who is excited to support and connect with patients looking for dental care. The ideal candidates should have prior experience working in sales or customer service, possess exceptional communication skills in English via text and over the phone, and be detail-oriented. This role involves being a cheerleader for patients on their dental journey and requires someone who enjoys engaging with enthusiasm and has high energy.


Responsibilities:

Supporting patients on their dental journey via text and phone
Managing patients in CRM
Understanding patient needs and offering other services based on those needs
Scheduling patients with client calendar
Creating predefined reports to update clients

Soft Skills:

Patience and exceptional listening skills
Excellent communication skills in English via text and calls
Strong attention to detail
Upbeat energy and an optimistic outlook

Requirements:

High school diploma
Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
Honesty and transparency in all professional interactions
Reliable wifi with less than 2 interruptions a month in connection
Must have a personal computer, camera, and microphone for remote work and virtual meetings
