Qualifications:

Completed at least 2 years of college education.

At least 2 years experience in Technical, Financial, and Customer Service Support in multiple support channels (email, phone, chat).

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to formulate structured communications in a complex environment.

Willing to work on shifting schedules in Quezon City.

Preferred: Experience in supporting B2B Customer Service and Technical Troubleshooting support for Financial and payment gateway tools.

Qualifications:

Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience working with Salesforce, SAP, and customer service operations

At least 5 years of experience in back-office, project management, Information Technology, Tooling technical support and troubleshooting, tooling design & deployment. Preference for localization tools experience and productivity tools experience.

Localization industry experience 3+ years

Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig; Rotational schedule
