I have been a part of the BPO sector since the start of my career. With an overall work ex of 9 years, I have had exposure to outbound collections, inbound customer service and sales as well as backoffice operations. I have worked with organisations of repute like Genpact, American Express and Bank of America. My last assignment was that of an Operations Manager at BankAm. I have been on a sabbatical for the past 3 months and wish to resume working again. And sincerely hope that this portal provides me opportunities to connect up with people in this industry,
