About me

I have started outsourcing from 2007 is purely into the world of outsourcing, off shoring, consultancy and various business advisory services pertaining to the IT & ITES industry primarily. Based out of Kolkata - India, I have been managed to build a long and strong list of clientele based all over the globe. In a short span of time the team of I have managed to utilize the benefits of globalization and the advancement of technology to its greatest possible extent. Partnered with plenty of call centers all over India with some major names being actively a part of the growing network of centers associated with the organization, I have an ideal advantage by its side to bridge the gap between companies who are looking for cost effective but qualitatively & quantitatively beneficial resources to expand their operations or redeem certain departments by wisely ensuring the best possible strategy for their businesses to grow, expand, solidify and become highly lucrative for everyone involved. Outsourcing and off shoring to developing countries like India is a fantastic option for any company in the first world countries like the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and few more owing to various reasons. However the brilliance of this system can fail miserably if the two companies based in two different parts of the world (the Client & the delivery centre) do not have a perfect understanding between the two. In most situations, the Client is not properly briefed on how the centre functions and vice versa. Both the companies are partnered to achieve a goal yet being different to each other in Company Structure, Policies, Demographics, Culture of Work and many aspects among others, lead to wrong projections, communication problems and outsourcing becomes a cost which Clients & Centers both pay for in some form or the other. I have been providing unique solution to such problems and with this firm belief we always strive to ensure best solutions for all parties involved I started My career as a Tele-Operation Executive. I formed Outsourcing unit to provide a vent to my never ending zeal of business development. Having prior experience in the industry gave me an advantage to properly understand processes and assignments which eventually helped me to outsource reputed processes successfully. If “Entrepreneurship” was the word of the last decade in India, I ensured that I made the right moves with the new born company and from outsourcing one process in the US domain, his persistence, patience and aspiration saw I am acting as outsourcing partners to numerous US, UK, Australian & Canadian companies. Also, from having one centre as service delivery partner in Kolkata, I went on to deal with call centre’s spread all across India, from Delhi-NCR to Bangalore-Hyderabad, even to Tier II cities in India which have worked wonders for many of our clients
