About me

I use to work for a different industry during my younger years, which is the Livestock Industry (particularly Swine Industry). I spent most of my productive life practicing my profession. I also went into sales of Veterinary products for different companies. Since age has caught up with me and has rendered my chances of employment in the same industry very slim. So I tried the Call Center industry. My first work experience in the Call Center Industry was with Itouch Point as Directory Assistant. Unfortunately I did not pass their standard by processing a call within thirty seconds. From there I tried applying in other call centers. I came as a walkin applicant at Convergys (Ortigas), not really knowing what I should really apply for. Since customer service representative was the available position I applied for it. I made to the final interview, but was not able to get the job. Recruitment was kind enough to endorse me to a different account which is in collections. A third party collection. I worked for the account for fourteen months. I resigned last November 1. Since then up to now I have been applying. The problems I see with my application with other call centers are computer skills, typing. I have been having difficulty getting myself employed again.
