About me
I have over 23 years of experience in call center infrastructure and operational consulting. My focus has shifted from designing and implementing the networks,routing and operational tools to get the calls to the agents to understanding what is taking place between the agents and the caller. I am building loyalty, customer satisfaction and driving sales or collections. Using behaviorial psychology to influence the outcome of the interaction between the agent and the caller. Sounds heavy... but very basic with exceptional outcome.
