About me: Ranjan Munshi by profession is a management consultant having over 30 years of working experience with industries and corporate. This has given him insight of how management succeeds in this competitive world and how to be cost effective. He advises the managements to probe and solve; he has developed a theory `Management By Consciousness' based on the principles of Psycho-Neuro Linguistic Programming; where one learns through positive thinking to transform one's own thinking for ultimate success. Meditation, simple yogic exercises (While Totally Relaxing, anywhere ,anytime), developing the gift of auto-suggestion to change our set patterns of thinking or reacting; substituting with more pleasurable and rewarding feelings. In Indian Philosophy, Sri Aurobindo & Mother gave extremely useful advice on `Consciousness’ and their teachings are woven into this learning. What is required is one's commitment to one's own self to `Transform'. Mr. Munshi interacts with individuals through `Dialogue' through individual communication through emails. Leadership, effective communication, Corporate Image Building, Wealth management, investment and asset management are his special subjects of study and research. He got first standing in the global interactive seminar on `Global Manager' conducted at Taj Hotel at Bombay. The seminar was based on proven theory and practice by UK management consultant. He loves theatre, plays and playwrights; he attended a three days workshop with Peter Brook at New Delhi. He has acted and directed plays; he learned the technique of `Role Playing' and improvisation which he uses often to bring desired changes in individual. It is `Relearning' and adopting to the changed scenario. He loves Paintings, European, Modern & abstract Indian Paintings (India); he has passions for beautiful architecture and interior designs, specializing in conceptual Space and decoration, including modern and period furniture. He advises on the basis of tools specially adopted and standardized where the `Personality Preference' is the basic criteria; our lives, styles and selections are greatly affected by our personality.
