About me

Project Head (Partner) EBS December 2013 – Present (2 months) This is my role with the current position. i had to lay out the plan in order to bring a change in the city that i live a place where things at many vertical are very difficult and were monotonous in many aspects. This role is challenging but i thoroughly enjoy working with this venture these are my following roles in the organisation. Project Initiation • Project definition: document high level Project Scope, Timeline and Budget. Obtain Project Sponsor approval and sign-off for the Project Definition • Identification of Project Stakeholders, their Roles and Responsibilities • Perform Feasibility Studies • Planning Strategy • Develop, assess and select proper strategy for the project, considering Performance, Cost, Time and Scope constraints • Implentation Planning • Create project schedule based on: • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) • Work Activities List • Network Diagram • Time and Budget Estimates • Create RACI Matrix Document • Develop Communication Plan • Risk Management Plan (includes risk identification, monitoring, and response) • Develop Procurement Plan • Project Execution and Control • Conduct Kick-off Meeting • Direct and Execute Approved Plan • Monitor Project Execution • Control and monitor Project Scope, Time, Cost, Quality and Risk • Change Management • Report on Project Performance • Manage Stakeholders Expectations • Administer Procurement • Project Closure • Gather lessons learned • Close procurement Project management, as a profession, is both a science and an art, following a systematic process. The Project Manager (PM) needs constant interaction with Stakeholders, which will bring involvement from them as well as complete information to manage the project. In addition, the PM must keep documentation updated in order to have justification for each major action taken for future reference
