Pulse MatrixX. We are an Service Provider from Bangalore. We work on both Voice and Non-Voice projects. Our company deals only with good vendors and clients for better performance and proper billing. We are against to Upfront method. We don’t deal with client who is charging Upfront as there is no security or liability of the money we are paying. But we do take payment security (BG/LC) or 50% of the every month billing in advance to have a long term relation with clients and also to avoid unnecessary confusions and frustrations which may happen with Centers and Clients. In return we assure good quality of work and ready to bear the charges incase if our company fail to provide the given Data and Accuracy on TAT. Our company is located in Bangalore, having well equipped and well upgraded systems, which will be handled by professional agents. Every data is secured and stored as there is a backup support (server), also having UPS backup in case of power crises. We have done, 1. Form filling process, 2. Image conversion process, 3. Outbound services for UK and USA. Voice process is done in Night shifts and Non-Voice process will be handled in Day shifts. We have different Agents working on different shifts. As of now we are looking for New Projects and Firms both (Domestic and international). Companies which are outsourcing Genuine projects kindly contact us for a better work and relation.
