About me
I want to be honest as always. I restarted this company here in Cebu, Philippines, middle of January. We were and are still focusing on consultancy services (SAP, project management) to our customers in Europe (especially Belgium) locally and software development services. But is far from easy to convince Belgian customers to make benefit of a Filipino consultant/engineer in stead of a local person. This takes time, more then expected. During these months we have been building relations with top talented experts from the Philippines for these kinds of services. Through my relations, I got the question if I was interested to start to do BPO work for a customer in US. As our offices were not fully occupied, I accepted to do this work and we started looking for qualified people 3 weeks ago. So we started the BPO operations with a team of 15 people 2 weeks ago. We are prioritizing the quality of the delivered work, so 5 people are momentarily involved in QA. This number is needed until the people are acquainted with the requirements of the tasks. Therefore I am looking for new projects to occupy the premises in the most optimal way so that we can offer you a highly competitive Quality / Cost. We can have 60 people at work in the current office. We have an option on the same space next to our office. With a full occupation we can offer you real competitive prices. Despite the higher cost because of the involvement of the QA team. I can’t give you many references of the work done but I can give you references of the work of our people in their earlier assignments. We are selecting them from other BPO’s here in Cebu and give them better opportunities. So our team is experienced, but as happened for the first project they had to learn to work as a team, with high pressure of daily deliveries. As I have managed software teams in the past, I managed the team personally last 10 days and setup a structure that gives us the highest possibility of result. This assures me that we can deliver the same qualitative output for other projects.
