Over the years studied and understood different organizational styles and strategies and the way they respond to market conditions, particularly in Sales and Outsourcing Industry. Being a graduate in Computer Science i am holding certifications from Aptech Limited for Software Programming and from Microsoft for MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator). I posses working knowledge in Network Management & Systems and Database Administration with technical expertise in implementation, operations and support functions of business solutions using IT as a tool. Founded Mercurie Contact Center in mid of 2009 and currently focussing mainly on Non-voice projects.
