I am with Global Healthcare Resource in Chennai as Senior Manager - Client Relations from 2005 handling Healthcare billing/coding Operations & soft collections for United States. Extensive knowledge in Healthcare Billing, Coding, Collections etc from 1996., my priority is to enhance process improvement, qualitative efficiency, and sustain over-all client satisfaction for all my projects!! With Masters Degree from the University of Madras & 14+ years of success in all aspects of Revenue Cycle Management there is a lot more to achieve. Prior to Global Healthcare Resource, I had a nice opportunity in 1995 to start my carrer with Nittany’s Decision Services, a pioneer company in US telemarketing projects, collections and AR.
