About me

I work closely with the learner to acsess their level and learning methods. I ascertain with them their motivation for taking a course and draw up a progamme to incorporate their interests and learning needs. I use various teaching methods and resources (SMART ,specific, measurable, achievable,realistic and timed) aim to provide safe but motivating teaching Learners are encouraged to be responsible for their own learning through keeping learning diaries and considering their own personal aim(s) in learning.
