About me

I started in the call center industry back in 2000 as a telemarketing sales representative. Among my group there were individuals that were not cut for this type of work and so most of them dropped off. To my surprise, I was able to do sales and shortly I became the best sales representative that the organization had. My consecutive employee of the month awards brought me up for promotion and in a few months I became a Quality Assurance Officer. I loved that department very much, because in reality it is the heart of a professional organization. Interacting with supervisors and account managers to improve, develope and sustain an operation was like magic to me. I felt that this was something I enjoyed and didnt care about working extra hours at home hearing audios and documenting flaws and virtues. In the course of a year and a half, my carreer hit the top because I was promoted to account manager and then to Operations Manager. Since then more than ten years have gone by and I still feel thrill about the work that I do, because I have been able to build electricity companies from scratch. I have also created alot of sales networks that promote utilities, Telecom, Government Aided Services and many other products. This sales network dont do much but place
