Teach Call Center Management as well as coach professionals on Management skills, Communication skills & Telemarketing & Sales Skills. - besides helping Run ANZ, was also performing retail merchandising research & creating Operating & Financial Models on behalf of a major company as Consultant…a project involving retailers across five segments and nine cities in Pakistan!
