  The process details:
  Attachment are:
  *For Epub:*Epub_Sample for Reference.rar
  *Pdf-Doc :*Pdf-to-doc Matching_samples for ref's.rar(Instructions & Macros
  will be provide from client)
  XML Project details/sample will get after signup.
  
  *Procedure to get the signup:*
  1. The vendor company profile approved from the client(MNC).
  2. To Fix the meeting/appointment date with the client.
  3. On Appointment date NDA will be signed.
  4. Also after the signed the vendor will get the samples and mail from
  client.
  5. After samples approved... live job will start.
  
  * The vendor should have Meeting and signup only in Client premises,
  Agreement(signed) copy vendor will get via mail later.
  
  * payment structure :* 45-60days from data of invoice
  * payment mode :* Always cheque(company Name only)
  Percentage(%) of accuracy required Percentage 99+ and reworks available.
  * scope of work:* its long time based work and client having *epub, xml,
  PDF-to Doc Conversion, **pagination, *etc.., based on the vendor
  capability. Client Initially will be provide epub, xml projects and pdf to
  doc.
  
  You may eligible to get the all the projects based on Quality and TAT.
  
  Att:
  
  - * At the time of signed date consultant Fee need to be made. charges:
  Rs. 1,20,000 - 1,50,000 based on the MNC
  - * Consultant Fee only for to arrange the vendor-ship with client. If
  the vendor does not perform the work. We are not entitled to refund of this
  consultant fee.
