  Good day to you.  Hope all is well with you. 

  My name is Merla Rodriguez, I had a chance speaking with you before when I was working in one of the BPO company here in Manila.  We have run one of your Education campaign but I left that company that is why I didn’t had that much time building that business relationship with you and your company.  Recently,  I came about to building  my own team here in Philippines for the Outsourcing services.  The good thing about our team is that we have a foreign member who knows and understand the Australian standards especially in terms of Quality, Turn-around time, as he has a local experience himself in the region.  He will work hand-in-hand with the team to patch those underlying issues as well as addressing cultural differences which will lead to achieving better results.
