About me
Over the past 10 years I have been solely committed to the customer experience in my roles as Team Manager and Client Service Manager with Hewitt Associates and now Aon Hewitt. Most of my experience has been in the areas developing and coaching call agents to deliver service above and beyond the needs or expectations of the customer. I have also, been the lead on numerous Client Service Channel campaigns that resulted in new service offerings and reduced operational expenses for the organization. My goal is further develop my operational skill sets globally by utilizing my abilities to collaborate, inspire and champion unmatched service delivery around the world driven by accurate data and KPI's.
