I am a hands-on IT Manager with over fifteen (15) years of professional experience in the Retail Point of Sales, Manufacturing, Telecom and small government markets. I have led teams involved in application development and infrastructure projects. I have also been instrumental in establishing SDLC, PMO and QA methodologies for these companies. I have actively leveraged technology to enhance business operations, which have resulted in significant savings. I attribute my success to establishing good communications with the project sponsors as well as the team members.
