With 15 years of work experience, Teki has been involved in the call center industry in the Philippines for the last 10 years with solid background and certification on performance management, learning development and workforce management strategies. She has instituted and established training and quality initiatives both on an operational and enterprise level that revolve around Six Sigma projects, COPC Compliance, Corporate University and Curriculum Development. Prior to her call center stint, she was connected in e-commerce and software configuration and software quality assurance. She spent her first 4 working years as a QMR for a service engineering firm where she garnered her ISO certification. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a CIAC-Certified Operations Manager.
