Biography: --------------- Tamer Bayomy is the Telecommunication Manager for Xceed with 12 years technical experience; he is working for Xceed Contact Center for 9 years now and is one of the persons who established Xceed's Infrastructure from scratch. He mainly provide Telecommunications strategic planning (Voice/Data/Security), work with Sales, Account and Project Managers to win/implement any new business, negotiating with clients and vendors, analyze and recommend new technologies to the top management to implement necessary tactics to achieve the marketing and business goals, this is to promote Xceed's services to exceed our clients expectations. His experience in the field, researches and communications skills offered him the opportunity to become familiar with many technologies, these qualified him to successfully complete many projects for major dot com Companies like (Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, EMC, and more) with very complex designs, implementations and projects inside and outside Egypt, for example: in the US, UK, Netherlands, Germany and Morocco). One of his main objectives is to always focus on tackling the challenges within his job responsibilities and to develop new skills and knowledge (within his team) that are meaningful and valuable for: Our Clients, Xceed and his team.
