I am a call center consultant and have over 9 years call center experience. I'm very organized, analytical and push to achieve all targets. I have worked in call centers that receives only inbound customer service calls for one of America's largest cell phone provider (Tracfone / Net10 phone / Straight Talk phone and Safe link phones) and I have worked in call center that handles inbound and out bound telesales calls. I'm still on the quest for knowledge on the call center industry to be well versatile and very knowledgeable in different aspect of the industry.
