I have transitioned from a Customer Care Executive to a Business Development profile in vCustomer and now as an Assistant Manager. My job profile includes conducting extensive research on prospective clients in the areas we serve, which we determine using the different industry verticals (Hospitality, Retail, Utilities, Technical, BFSI). I develop a database on which a prospect can be further explored and is responsible for research on the prospect's current and past outsourcing history. This also includes finding out their future outsourcing plans and if they have any existing contracts. My Specialties include Creating, Research and Qualifying Strategic accounts. Finding RPC's (Right Party Contacts) and relevant information about the feasibility of the targeted business. Lead generation, Lead Qualification, Cold Calling, Fixing appointments, Market Research and Competitive analysis. I am an analytical & systematic person. My attitude towards my work is always positive and this is how I maintain my values. I have high expectations of myself & others.
