About me

 VP of CNCCA (China Call Center & CRM Association), in charge of International Cooperation  In 2008, successfully won the bidding of 24th Olympics Helpdesk Project (24x7 bilingual), and highly appraised by TOC, BOBICO  Nov 2007, involved in the foundation and organization of APCCAL (Asia Pacific Call Center Association Leadership) participated by 13 Asian countries’ call center associations  Apr 2007, representing China and CNCCA to attend the first global contact center forum – CCGF in Cannes, France  In 2006, assist to organize CNCCA and domestic entrants to participate in the Asia-Pacific Call Center Awards  Achieved 2006 China Best Call Center Manager, issued by China’s Ministry of Civil Affairs and Ministry of Information Industry (CCMI) and CNCCA  Designated as the Director of International Cooperation Dept, CNCCA, established the relationship with Asia-Pacific call center associations, and achieved China’s participation in the 2006 Regional Award historically  Translated and written a couple of professional English articles, and published in “Customer World” and
