About me
While working in the outsourcing field I have learned numerous skills that have made me very efficient and have allowed me to climb the outsourcing ladder from sales agent to my current position. , I have also worked and have been trained in the QA department I was responsible for 30 sales agents as a QA analyst ,I also trained numerous candidates who have grown to be outstanding sales agents. As client manager I am responsible for all production reports client coordination meetings and client satisfaction , this has definately been a very challenging position my goals are to continue learning and growing in this field in order to achieve a high standard of success.
