I started in the traditional mailing list business with D&B in the late 70s, worked in the call center consulting and outsourcing business in the 80s and 90s, and then followed the trend and growth in the offshore outsourcing business ( India, Philippines, Latin America ) Started RSA Lists in 1998 and was lucky enough to get involved in email marketing at the very early stages.
