I am a US citizen that has over 5 years of direct offshore outsourcing experience with 3 years in India and 2.5 years in Mauritius (Africa) with a total of over 10 years of experience in Call Center/BPO operations. My key employment focus has been Operations Management/Client Services/Transition Management for both voice and non-voice BPO projects.
