About me

Hi Im Rob O’Malley Ive been in the call centre outsourcing industry for the past 20 years in both The UK and Asia. I established the first UK-centric call centre in Manila in 2000 and since then has worked on a large number of consultancy projects with both outsourced vendors and clients looking to outsource to The Philippines. Im a Regular speaker at events around the world regarding outsourcing to The Philippines and has written many articles on the topic. Since 2009, also I have been The Chairman of The British Philippine Outsourcing Council, a voluntary body based in London which works with industry and The Philippine Embassy to promote outsourcing.
