I have been in the Contact Center Industry for more than 25 years and have helped build, establish and operate 24 Contact Centers in North America and Europe. I am an expert in Telephony, Facility Management, Strategic Planning, Project Planning, Business Continuity Planning, Workforce/Operations Planning, Public Relations, and Operations Management. I am a Director for Contact Centre Canada which is a Federal Government Private Sector council overseeing Canada's 13,000 Contact Centres. I also serve as Vice President of Contactnb a non-profit association overseeing New Brunswick Canada’s 20,000 CC employees. I am Chair of Contact Atlantic, the largest Contact Centre Conference and Expo east of Montreal in Canada. I have been Director of Operations for Virtual Agent Services for the last 12 years.
