About me

I have been working in the BPO industry for almost 9 years, my experience in customer interaction ranges from pre to post-sales technical support, sales, helpdesk and B to B interaction. During these years I have a well rounded experience in the call center industry having come from Quality as a Quality Assurance Specialist to Quality Supervisor and moving to Operations Supervisor and now as a training manager. I was able to close one succesful Six Sigma project as an Operations Supervisor in relation to Improving Customer Satisfaction for a pre-sales Technical Support Account.
